Qualified Counsellor Opportunity

Confide is a community based counselling service which provides short and long-term affordable counselling for people aged 18 and over in the Chichester and Bognor Regis areas. We also work in partnership with Stonepillow, a local charity empowering homeless people to transform their lives, to provide counselling for their clients. We are able to offer face to face, telephone or online (zoom) counselling.
We are currently looking to expand our qualified counselling team and are seeking applications from counsellors who would like to volunteer with our professional and friendly service. Whether you have only recently qualified and are looking to gain experience in a community setting, or are a more experienced counsellor who would like to support our affordable service, we would like to hear from you.

We ask that you commit to work with up to 3 clients a week which could be face-to-face, online or on the phone. We would also want you to be a member of a professional body such as BACP, UKCP or ACC.

We expect counsellors to attend inhouse group supervision every other Tuesday evening in Chichester for 2.5 hours, and two yearly free CPD mornings.
