The organisation is run by a team of volunteers to deal with the administration, finance and publicity.
Six Trustees representing the local community are responsible for overall governance of the charity.

We also work in partnership with Stonepillow to provide counselling for their clients and supervision to staff members. We thank Stonepillow for the financial support that enables us to provide the necessary supervision to our counsellors.

We are an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) sets out specific guidelines on all aspects of professional conduct, good practice, moral issues, respect for clients’ rights and complaints procedures.

Our policies include strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, and the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults /  Persons (for full details see the Counselling Documents page)
